The scope of Secpresio services, customer responsibilities and planned billing arrangements.

These terms describe the current service scope. Commercial subscription terms are provided during checkout before any payment authorization.

1. Service scope

Secpresio offers Browser Guard for supported browser-based AI submission paths and Desktop Guard for selected Windows AI activity monitoring. Available capabilities depend on product releases, configured policies, device status and plan entitlements. No service guarantees the interception of every possible leak.

2. Customer responsibilities

Organizations must have authority to deploy the product, notify employees where required, select lawful security policies, manage authorized users and device credentials, and avoid uploading prohibited or unlawful content. Use of this site and account registration does not automatically establish a paid subscription.

3. Trials and payments

A 14-day self-service trial is intended for Browser Guard and requires a valid payment card once the checkout is enabled. Fees, billing currency, renewal timing, cancellation options and applicable terms are disclosed and must be accepted before payment details are collected. The current website does not collect payment-card information.

4. Product limitations

Browser Guard covers supported AI websites and interactions but not every upload, image, native application or direct API call. Desktop Guard provides observations and does not offer universal native pre-send blocking. Service availability can change as third-party providers change their interfaces.

5. Privacy, data processing and intellectual property

Customer data is handled according to the applicable Privacy Policy and any separately signed data processing agreement. Secpresio branding, software and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Customer policies and confidential information remain subject to the customer's rights and contractual obligations.

6. Suspension and support

Service operation may require maintenance, security updates or suspension of compromised accounts. Support terms, applicable notices, cancellation and governing law are specified in the relevant signed or accepted commercial agreement.
