1. Prepare your workspace
Create the company account in the Secpresio app. Confirm email ownership, set up MFA and choose the organization policy.
2. Review rules and supported surfaces
Configure company-specific detectors and enabled country packs, then select the supported AI providers you intend to protect.
3. Install from the official store
Use Chrome, Edge or Firefox's approved listing once available. Generate a short-lived device enrollment code from the company dashboard. Do not circulate credentials publicly.
4. Verify protection
Use safe, synthetic test data and confirm the intended WARN / MASK / BLOCK outcome in supported browser AI workflows. Check the device's policy sync and associated event in the dashboard.
5. Add Windows monitoring when entitled
Use the verified Desktop Guard release once available. Confirm its heartbeat and supported activity observations; this differs from Browser Guard pre-send blocking.
6. Manage access and devices
Review registered devices, employee assignments, policy versions and revocation. Keep events and retention settings appropriate for your organization.
