Policy outcomes
Four outcomes, defined by your rules.
Each rule decides what happens when sensitive data is detected. Browser Guard can apply all four.
Allow
Safe content goes through untouched. Your team keeps its speed and the event stays visible to admins.
Warn
The user sees what was detected and why, and decides whether to edit or continue. The warning is recorded.
Mask
Sensitive values are replaced before the prompt leaves the browser, so the request still works without the secret.
Block
The prompt is stopped before it is sent. The user gets a clear explanation and the event is reported.
Desktop Guard works differently. On Windows desktop apps it monitors usage and alerts the user. Blocking is not applied to desktop applications.
