Built for business control.
Information for organizations that need to review processing roles, safeguards and contractual commitments.
1. Processing relationship
When a customer configures employee security policies and receives related event metadata, the customer generally decides purposes and permitted uses. The parties specify their respective data protection responsibilities in their service agreement and, where applicable, in a separate data processing addendum.
2. Subject matter
Device enrollment, policy delivery, supported AI-service usage signals and privacy-conscious event metadata may be processed to deliver the service. Applicable data categories, retention and authorized service providers are addressed in the relevant agreement and service documentation.
3. Technical and organizational safeguards
The product architecture includes authenticated devices, organizational access controls, local-first browser inspection, encryption of sensitive settings and security-oriented event handling. Formal assurance materials are provided where available and must be interpreted within their stated scope.
4. Transfers, deletion and requests
Regional hosting, transfers, data subject assistance, incident notification and deletion or return of customer data are addressed in the applicable service agreement or signed data processing addendum.
5. Request documentation
