How the Secpresio website and security products process account, device, policy and event information.
1. Who is responsible?
Secpresio is a security platform for organizations. For the marketing website and the creation of customer accounts, the service operator is generally responsible for relevant business contact and website data. For security events configured by customers, the customer normally determines purposes and employee notice obligations. Secpresio is developed by Ajans Feedback. For applicable operator details, processing roles and privacy enquiries, contact our team using the published contact information.
2. Data processed
Depending on product and configuration, this may include account and business contact information, organization and user assignments, device identifiers, browser/OS and extension versions, revocable device enrollment credentials, policy configuration, service health, supported AI-provider identifiers, usage information and security events (such as rule categories, actions, severity and timestamps).
Browser Guard evaluates supported AI prompt text and readable file content locally for policy decisions. Complete raw prompts and uploaded document contents are not routinely transferred to Secpresio SaaS as part of standard event reporting. Local processing may include sensitive content even where it is not retained centrally.
3. Why we process data
To enroll and authenticate devices, deliver effective policies, enforce browser safeguards, provide supported Windows activity monitoring, maintain service security, notify authorized administrators and support users. Where applicable, an organization is responsible for establishing a lawful basis for its employee monitoring and providing required notices.
4. Local storage, recipients and safeguards
The browser extension keeps a revocable device token, limited cached policy data, settings and a bounded event retry queue locally. After enrollment, selected device and risk-event information is transmitted to the company's Secpresio workspace over encrypted connections. Authorized customer administrators can access data according to roles. Operational infrastructure or payment providers may process information when the corresponding service is activated.
5. Retention and transfers
Retention depends on the record category, the company's service agreement and applicable law. Organizations can request the current retention and deletion schedule and information about hosting and any international transfers before deploying to their workforce.
6. Rights and contact
Individuals can request information or exercise applicable rights through their employer for company-controlled security records, or contact info@ajansfeedback.com for website/account matters. Requests will be handled according to the applicable legal relationship and local law.
7. Updates
We may update this notice to reflect product changes, service providers or legal obligations. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
